One-on-one Coaching
Valuedance® one-on-one coaching focuses on behavioral modifications that result in significant improvement in business results. Executives choosing the one-on-one coaching venue are often preparing for future roles, facing significant transitions, feeling stymied by feedback and obstacles, or needing to reenergize their leadership approach. Valuedance® coaching provides executives with a customized program designed to accelerate development and realize immediate performance improvements while, at the same time, fostering goals and developing skills necessary for long term success . . . both from a professional and a personal basis.
Seminars
Valuedance® seminars provide a venue to gain exposure or review the fundamentals of effective IT leadership. The seminars are 60-90 minute, interactive sessions focusing on a specific topic area. Seminars can be participated in live or can be downloaded for repeat listening. Leadership Action Teams
Valuedance Leadership Action Teams (LATs) offer dynamic and highly collaborative learning, yet create an environment of accountability that requires action and follow through within a predefined timeframe from all participants.
