Leadership Action Teams

The Leadership Action Teams consist of 6-12 leaders who have common learning objectives and wish to progress from concept to implementation in a 6 month timeframe. Action-based team learning is a powerful vehicle to provide hands-on learning within an environment of mutual support and accountability. Participants are selected and teams are formed based on experience, objectives, and to ensure confidentiality. Each Leadership Action Team will focus on a specific topic for the entire session. The learning process is facilitated by Susan Cramm and consists of 6-12 two-hour meetings over a 3-6 month timeframe. You will have direct contact and will receive coaching from Susan Cramm throughout the sessions, but will find yourself immersed in an engaging environment with other IT leaders who are facing similar challenges and aiming for similar goals. Your team will offer you feedback and support, while holding you accountable for completing assignments and achieving end-goals.
